YouTube API Services

Volcano Uploader uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also see the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

Who uses this tool

Only the owner (a single independent creator) uses Volcano Uploader, for the owner's own YouTube channels. It has no other users.

What data it accesses

• With the owner's permission through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0), it receives an access token and a refresh token for the channel the owner selects.
• It reads the connected channel's ID and title (channels.list) to know which channel is connected.
• It uploads the owner's own videos and thumbnails (videos.insert, thumbnails.set), reads the upload status of those videos (videos.list), and posts the owner's own comment on them (commentThreads.insert).

It does not access data of other users, subscribers or other channels, and it does not collect analytics or personal information.

How the data is used, stored and shared

• The tokens and the channel ID/title are used only to upload and schedule the owner's videos on the owner's channels.
• They are stored only on the owner's own computer, in a folder that only the owner's account can read. They are not sent to any server other than Google's.
• No data is sold, shared with or disclosed to third parties. No cookies or tracking are used; this website only shows these pages.

How to revoke access and delete data

• You can revoke Volcano Uploader's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
• When access is revoked or no longer needed, the stored tokens and channel information are deleted from the owner's computer within 7 days. Stored API data is never kept longer than 30 days without being refreshed, as required by the YouTube API Services policies.
• To ask for deletion or for any privacy question, contact wlswkwha01@gmail.com.
