Volcano Uploader is an internal tool run by a single independent creator on their own computer. It uploads finished videos to the creator's own YouTube channels and schedules when they go public, using the official YouTube Data API. It is not offered to the public and has no user accounts other than the owner's.

What it does

• Uploads the owner's finished videos (MP4) to the owner's own channels with the title, description, tags and thumbnail prepared by the owner.
• Sets the scheduled publish time (the video stays private until then).
• After a video goes public, posts the owner's first comment on that video.

It does not read, collect or analyze data from other users or other channels.
